Warranty Policy

We offer a 6-month warranty for watch movements. If a malfunction occurs under normal use:

1. Provide photos/videos of the issue.

2. We’ll share a return address and safe return method.

🔧 After repair, the watch will be shipped back to you. You cover return shipping (use economical local options).

⚠ Important Exclusions:

• Water damage is not covered. Most replica watches are not waterproof.

Q1: Is water damage covered under warranty?

A1: No. Damage from water exposure is excluded. We cannot determine if misuse caused the issue.

Q2: What if the watch doesn’t work upon arrival?

A2:

1. Check the QC video we sent before shipment (serial numbers must match).

2. Common fixes:

   • Manually wind the watch if stopped during transit.

   • Minor vibrations (due to low-value shipping declarations) may cause temporary issues.

If unresolved, contact us for repair, replacement, or refund. Note: Repairs may take time.

Q3: When does the warranty start?

A3: The 6-month warranty begins on the day you approve the QC photos.
